Adhesive is a white cement based material for fixing vitrified tiles & veramic tiles over concrete or plaster surface. Vitrified tiles like marbo granite and ceramic mosaic tiles are non-porous, non absorbing and heavier, thus fixing them with conventional method is not desirable. 325 Adhesive is ideal for fixing these with excellent bonding properties.
325 Adhesive can be used for fixing of glass and vitrified tiles on floor and walls.
The surface which is to be tiled should be pre-cleaned to remove all the traces of oil, grease or other such contaminants which affect adhesion.
325 powder is to be mixed with water at a volumetric ratio of 3:1. Take the required quantity of water in a clean ghamela and mix the 325 powder gradually to achieve a paste. Allow the material to stand for 5-7 minutes for the polymers to get activated. Then remix and apply the material by the notched trowel or any such suitable tools.
Fixing of vitrified tiles like marbo granite can be done by two methods - buttering method and notching trowel method. The prepared paste is applied on the surface and combed evenly. The tiles should pressed be over the combed adhesive mortar. Glass Mosaic tiles are fixed with utmost care. The prepared paste is to be spread over the surface at 3mm or more thickness evenly and ceramic nosaic tiles are pressed into the applied mortar in a patch manner.
It has very good bonding and is non porous too. Thus it is ideal for vitrified tiles.
It does not shrink, as it is self-curing material which requires no care.
It saves the aesthetic beauty of glass tiles/vetrified tiles
It waterproofs the tile surface.
It can be applied at low thickness of 3 mm with excellent bonding properties
It gives very good coverage.
325 Adhesive mixed with water can be used within an hour at an ambient temperature of 30'C. However factors like temperature, humidity and wind will affect the pot life.
325 sets in 24 hours time at an ambient temperature of 30'C However factors like temperature, humidity and wind will affect the setting time.
20kg of 325 Adhesive covers approximately 25-30 sq. ft. on smooth and even surface at 3mm or more thickness.

For better results, use within 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
Keep the material in a cool dry place since it is a cement based material, 325 Adhesive should be stored in airtight conditions.
